Very poor and dangerous workmanship.
Single insulated crimped conductors, protected by duct tape! to be plastered over? Plus the other issues already highlighted.
Certainly wants reporting to the Housing Association and the electricians 'governing body' NICEIC, ELECSA or the like. Probably find a sticker on the side of their horse!

the cables in the first picture simply can not have plaster slopped over them. at very least the need reterminating inside a wago box

A fair amount of my work involves fault finding and repair. All I can think is what a pain it would be to correct if one of those joins plastered in the wall was to fail.

I'd want all work halted until someone in charge who knew their onions came down for a look.
That work is appalling and dangerous and the installer should not be allowed to continue.

it'll be OK. plasterer will nick them with his trowel, wet-pants will run his pipes in front of the sockets, and kevin will screw through them. then when "sparks" does his bang test, all will be revealed.

Still doesn't look anywhere near finished to me. There are two brand new back boxes fitted to the wall ready for something.

The sockets have been moved down which left the 2 top ones empty. As requested via the spec sheet for the kitchen refit from my housing association.
