Hi, can anyone suggest a decent alternative for fluorescent lights? Customer has 3 in a garage and wants them replaced as he has an ilness thats effected by the flikering, anyone used an alternative with similar light output?
Thanks

Anyone used the led replacement for tube lights?
Got a customer asking, I've only put in emergencies and flood lights so far. Different colour of light on the floods, colder. But emergencies with the defuser can't tell the difference.

We use the led tubes in the hospital v good light but ur looking 45 pound a tube

are these LED tubes a direct replacement for florries? i mean, can you just fit a LED tube in an existing 4', 5' , or 6' fitting?

Some lengths are unavailable but i've seen 6 and 4s, direct replacement depending on the age of the fitting.

The ones we do you need to remove the ballast an run a neutral to one lamp holder and your sw to the opposite

Yes and some have a live to one pin and a neutral to the other pin on the same end and nothing on the other end. We've used the Phillips ones they are good.
