Hello there,
A little about me i'll try not to go on with myself.
I'm Troy from Manchester, originally from Bath near Bristol.
Served my time with SWEB(Connect South WEST) later being bought by SEC, seems a long time ago now. Whilst i was there i gained experience in industrial, commercial and domestic works.
At this point i had 236 pt1+2, AM1+2, NVQ level 3 2350.
Shortly after i came out of my time i left the Company and moved to Manchester with my girlfriend where i have worked mainly as a subby working in the commercial and domestic sector.
2009 i decided to pull my finger out and go back to school and get up to date with the regs, 3 days later i gained the 17th edition qualification.
2011 i went on to attempt the 2391 course, unfortunately i failed the first exam. I then studied a lot harder and 2nd time round i passed even though i thought i failed.
In september 2013 i signed up to the 2396 design and verification course, i really enjoyed this course and would recommend it to anyone. The assignment is very interesting! The written exam though isnt, though doesnt seem so bad as its open book whereas the 2391 wasn't.
Currently going through the notions of setting up with NAPIT so i can carry out my own work.
The whole CPS scheme is a joke, pay cash to prove compentancy. A money making scheme for the council more like.
