Helping hand

Hi Guys
I have taken on someone to give me a hand I have nearly always worked on my own except from a bit of a hand from my Son. Just wonder if anyone else has the same probs im having like looking at things and it just not seeming right Ive tried to explain how i would like it but still dont seem to be getting anywhere. Its driving me nuts. any opinions would be welcome

Phew you've no chance of getting people to do it your way unless you hold their hand, I used to have 5 lads on and scaled it back due to complaints and poor workmanship. I used to stand back and think my god how can someone do that and think its fine, but they do

'Your way' or 'no way', in my opinion. Insist, it's your work and your name.

Some people are not being lazy, they just have never been shown how to do it properly. Finding someone you trust and who completes work like its their own job are very far between.
