The design is not great but not unsafe.

Get rid of the CU and the 1.5mm cable. Run the 2.5 swa directly from the fcu to the two socket outlets.

If the customer does not want new circuit running through the house then there's nothing else to be done.

I would say having a socket run of a 6amp Mcb’s is not safe.
