Hey everyone, apologies if this is in the incorrect place.

I want to find out what it is I need to do in order to complete my path to becoming a fully qualified Electrician.

I will spare you the long story, but about 10 years ago, I failed to complete my apprenticeship due to the 2008 recession and losing my job.

I managed to complete my NVQ Level 2 in installation and City & Guilds 2330 level 3. These are the only qualifications I obtained.

I have a job offer which starts soon, I just wanted to know what I need to do in order to complete my apprenticeship so to speak. Will I have to start from scratch? Will I have to take a refresher course ect?

Many thanks for your help.

Joner.

usually an apprenticeship is a serious of course work , exams & work based assessment...

Apply to the JIB for a grade. They will then advise of what you need to acheive in order to get fully qualified (Gold Card)
