reg book digital ?

Is there anywhere i can get the new regs book digital so I can have it on the go on my iphone and iPad makes things easier so u can search for specific words etc and so u dont need the Internet for it either as some sites don't have signal or data

Have a look on the IET website I've got them so much easier than the books

With the iet books do u get the whole file as in its completely download to your device or do u have to access it from the Internet first as I would like it on my device as a book like from the iBooks store (eg)
