Which PAT Tester to choose?

I am not sure how much should I spend on PAT Tester and which one should I choose;/

I want to work like ¬15hours a week.

I think, I will use Word on laptop to fill in papers.

I find a pack of stickers from the wholesaler is cheaper than the test equipment.

But with seward 350 or europa plus, after finishing tests, do I still need to do V.2 reg form on my own with pen or do I download this thing to PC and it is ready to print?
