Nope. My son and I tested all the circuits, sleeved the earths and wrote a report for the landlord. Only cost us an hour and a half. On quizzing the landlord I established that building renovation work was carried out by an Eastern European travelling circus- Alex Ramage

All cables same size throughout. No ring circuits, only radials, cpc not connected etc etc. Company who did the EICR also did the Gas Safe and Legionella testing.- Alex Ramage

Worst place you've seen a fuseboard / consumer unit..??
Under the floor of a toilet being converted into a utility room. It's the DB for the flats in the block! They had to cut a hatch in the ceiling below to get access but wouldn't pay for relocating it- Alex Ramage

Not again
For the great unwashed there is usually script imprinted on the back of the accessory which shows the ordination of the product. The cooker control units and shower switches are different. I've noticed this over the years. Anyone else noticed it?- Alex Ramage

Saw one of those yesterday. Made me shudder!! Guy was a self righteous DIYer who explained in great detail by which method I was to use to rewire the garage he had already wired and sort the attic extension he had also wired.
