    Engel and Gibbs blast from the past it will normally to control heating load & can be linked to off peak supply. Some of these units contained asbestos.. beware.     Not getting paid is a real pain. I never issue the certificate before I get paid may seem harsh but the dishonest few ruin trust for the majority.
