Has anyone taken apart their & self repaired it?

2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT - Mileage: 112223 - DTCs - P0480 cooling fan. Also codes in TIPM P0691, P0692 for cooling fan control circuit.
Tests/Procedures Performed:
1. Using a Autel MaxiDas D808 compatible scan tool, I actuated the cooling fan relays with the ATM tests.

2. Removed the low relay from the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) and high speed relay connector (driver side of radiator shroud behind the headlamp assembly) & checked for voltage power on cavity pins 30 & 85 on both relays.

3. Put jumper from 30 to 87 one at a time to see if the motor runs on both low and high speeds.

Results: HS Relay had 12v on pins 30 & 85, jumped pins 30 to 87 & fan runs.
TIPM Relay cavity probe had 12v on pins 85 & 86, pins 30 & 87 dead. Jumping any pins did nothing (as expected)

3 Zone HVAC Front Blower QUESTION: Does this indicate a meltdown or short or break inside the TIPM between contacts for those pins, or possible some kind of debris in there?

I also have an HVAC problem that does not throw any codes. The Front Blower is operative when wired direct to battery voltage & will vary the speed with an inline Rotary type switch. But wired as from factory, NOTHING at all. All actuators & doors operate as they should. Also swapped out the 3 knob control panel with a known working one & also the module down by the front blower, but still no blower. Any hints about this problem as well?
