3 independent systems on 3 phase residential

does anyone know about installing 3 systems one per phase in single dwelling do you still get max payback.ie 3x 4kw @ 43.3p

No, it would be considered a 12kW system at 32.9p. The number of phases is of no relevance to the FiTs tariff.
