If you use computer programes to do your certification at work you might find this template usefull to print off and hand fill in, on site. I didnt make, it its a mixture of pages i downloaded and added together just to get by for the time being. hopefully it might help some people. View attachment Condition rep temp..pdf

Yes your right tester steve has posted a condition report in the stickys.

This is just a black and white draft sheets to fill out by pen on site for people using computer programs such as amtech, pirform, etc. we have a few guys that cant use PDA`s so this is a nice cheap alternative and not to heavy on your printer.
May be usefull may not be !!!
