I needs to install 7 external bulkhead lights, but I could do with a steer on bringing the cable into the light - see below

The glass which came with it are crap, the unit is threaded for 20mm so I can soon get these.

Depending on location I have one or two T&E coming in - standard flat grey.

Questions-
1. Would the gland seal ok on the T&E?
2. As it is “side” entry rather then rear, what do I do about the exposed T&E coming out of the wall?
3. Any advice on the what to do with the exposed hole - see below.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

You can get glands which accept pairs of cables, your biggest problem is the cables being exposed to the elements. You may have to fit a joint box to enclose them and suitably connect from there.

Buy screwed blanks to close off the holes.
Drill the back of the light and fit a bush and coupler and make the hole in the wall big enough to take the coupler.
