We've been to Centre Parcs on and off for a number of years and yes, as a family we do enjoy it but its not cheap.

Looking for suggestions of places "like" Centre Parcs in the midlands/south which would have similar type offerings.

Thanks.

Went ladram bay last week with missis and kids for a week near Exeter was alright got entertainment and a pool on site cost me 190 for Monday to fFriday

Im a big fan of Centre Parcs. We usually go to Sherwood and yes it can be expensive. One year we thought we would save some money and go to Haven, near Filey. We could stay for longer and it was cheaper than Centre Parcs (Monday to Friday). We ended up leaving 2 days early.
Centre Parcs had lots more stuff for the kids.
Its as the old saying goes 'you get what you pay for'

We went to Center Parcs (Longleat) last week, seriously tired looking these days.

Agreed. Each time we've been recently I've called them in to fix numerous issues with the accomodation - nothing serious but it smacks of lack of preventative maintenance on their behalf and is one of the reasons why the increased cost is not something I'm happy about.
