Hello,
No formal certification here, just grew up watching my Dad and Grandfather do things on their own and learned a little in schools and most from doing and searching.
I'm the typical "jack of all trades, master of none" and I know enough to get myself into trouble by getting in over my head sometimes..
Mostly I stick to simple things, switching overhead lights around (wife likes to change her mind), adding or removing ceiling fans, fixing outlets, replacing outlets, usual homeowner stuff I guess. Ii also have a couple of old cars, so i've switch from incandescent to HID lights, installed relays, electric fuel pumps, and ignition systems, etc, nothing major like a scratch designed harness, but more than some people know i guess..
