Hey guys, I've been on jobs splicing and installing Pot head Terminations of 13800V PILC cable and I cant help but think our mix of lead to tin is as good as it could be. Walking through some plants Ive seen substations with immaculate lead wipes made anywhere from 25- 50 years ago and notice the consistency is far different from our lead wipes. Its tough to find info on PILC stuff online so if anyone experienced with this stuff could describe their mix of lead for such process' I'd appreciate it. Any additional resources of PILC work linked would be a bonus too thanks :)

TL;DR
Need info on PILC work, what mix of lead-tin do you use for wipes
