Hello guys I would like to know who is legible to carry out and inspection lets test sheets on a new installation being domestic or commmercial and industrical. Alos who suspose to sign those iet contractors forms.need some help on those contractors forms

Sound like you need a 3 signature certificate. 1 for the designer, 2 for the QS that over saw the installation, 3 for the Inspector & Tester.

Hello guys I would like to know who is eligible to carry out completion of inspection and test sheets on a new installation, being domestic or commercial and industrial. Also who is supposed to sign those iet contractors forms. Need some help on those contractors forms

Anyone who is competent to do the work can sign off the inspection and test certificates. Though of course the person signing must be the person doing the work.
The designer signs the designer section, the installer signs the installation section, the inspector and tester signs the inspection and testing section.
If it is a single signature form then the designer, installer, inspector and tester are all the the same person and they should sign the form.
The IET contractors forms does not mean anything to me, you would have to clarify what you mean here.
