I could do it a few days ago no problem. The wizard seemed to change but it still seemed to work.

do you mean using the "insert image" button when writing a post?
works for me in chrome
(apologies for the off topic image, just what happened to be on my laptop)
I found the "update file(s)" button doesn't look like a button but the text is still selectable.
