Hi All
I am buying a new house soon and plan to get quite a bit of work done to it - but not all at once.
Initially I am planning a kitchen extension and moving around some internal walls.
Eventually I would to add solar panels, EV charger and power wall to the garage which is a separate building around 3 meters from the house. (the consumer panel is in the house under the stairs).
When I get the extension built floors will be dug up, plaster will be removed and the house will generally be a big mess.
What I would to do is to avoid more mess and dug up floors / plaster damaged when I come to do work on the garage later.
What wiring will I need between my consumer unit in the house and my garage to support this? Is it sensible to cater for this when I do my initial extension work?
Thanks
