I apologise profusely for my childlike abuse and should have left this thread after my initial post. After all it is just a kids playhouse.

I think I've wired it right but have arranged for a spark to check for me (before switching on!).

Oh, and i can't imagine any electrician signing off on a house rewire, that he hadn't wired himself!!

We haven't all just come up the river on a Banana boat!!
