Yeah, did'nt look like the hardest paper i've seen for this exam, but never the less it's funny how you study your head off for week then turn paper over and, phoof, it's all gone.

Are the safe isolation procedures as indicated on page 50, 75, 77, 79, and test procedures acceptable in the exam, i would like to think so as thats what the books for, yes? It says nothing on page 50 about posting a notice.
Also does GS38 only cover test equipment for live testing.

Doing past paper and question is, "state 3 conditions that need to be met if work is carried out on or near live equipment, as identified in the EAW regs"
Had a look a EAW reg 14 and still no wiser.
Any help appreciated.

In GN3 it states that " all voltage sensitve devices to be disconnected or test between line and neutral connected together and earth", is this to prevent a for eg 500v being put through the device, as you are putting a dc voltage through the line and neutral together the circuit is not...
