    Hello I've been asked to supply power to the middle of an office floor to supply the table with power, only a small office but they don't want trip hazards but the don't want floor boxes so to keep there costs down for them instead of it being permanent in case they move I thought of chasing...

    As far as I know it is only a recommendation from the inspector I won't get to see the report for a few weeks as it goes to the local council first then the school gets a copy then hopefully I'll get to see it but I'm going back in a few weeks to have a look myself and rectify it.

    Hi spoon yes as far as I know he was happy with the crimping just surprised that the joint had not been put in a plastic box

    Unfortunately they could not be replaced point to point and thanks everyone for your advise I know now to put a box on the outside and put all the joins in there.
