Megger DCM305E is good, can be found for around £150 plus vat

Megger DCM305E. It'll be the lowest priced one that also ticks the "good" box.

You could try a UNI-T UT210E which I have & seems to be ok or same make UT211A or B. Another one I have is the CEM DT-9809 which is alright, but not sure if it's still available.
 
The "HandyMAN TEK775" looks identical to the "Dilog DL6518" but only costs around £70+VAT. Probably not as good as the Megger, but still covers a usable range of currents from a few mA leak to 200A load monitoring.
