Cooker 30A I assume the disconnection time is 0.4 seconds, even though the outlet does not have a socket.

Only circuits for distribution above 32A are 5 sec.

If that was a question then you spot on, although your post doesnt reall ask a question lol
 
you are right with your original post but you can have domestic circuits that are over 32A for example a shower over 8.5Kw would require a 40A MCB/ fuse but like i said your op is correct
