dewalt 24v batteries

has anyone ever tried the so called battery fix you can buy off ebay, I bought it years ago and never bothered.

no, its not the adaptor, its a fix for the battery's involves pulling them apart , cant remember exactly.
Ive just found my old dewalt 24v in the garage, remembered Id not long had it serviced before the batteries gave up.

oh right thought you ment the adapter that allows you to use other brands cheaper better batteries in your dewalt etc..!

not seen that, there is an adaptor that lets you supply it from 110V Tranny.
