NICEIC Inspection

Just wondering if anyone has had their yearly visit from the NICEIC recently?

Think our last one was in December 2019 and haven't heard from them since. Assuming they've postponed some due to Covid but could be wrong.

I had mine in April via Zoom.I thought it would be a fairly quick assessment but 4 hours later i was wrong?. I lost the will to live after 3 hours and at half past 5 my wife was shouting up to me that my tea was ready.He didn't know when to stop?

Mine was a few weeks ago. One hour via Microsoft Teams video chat.
Prior to that I was asked to send copies of documents and recent certs via OneDrive.

Hmm interesting. We haven't heard anything from them and its been maybes 18 months?

Had ours pretty much as normal last year, visit to office, 5 site visits, debrief back at office yep pretty much as normal.
Cant understand why they seem to be so varied, unless left to the individual inspectors (because of Covid)?

Seems to be a huge variation of what each inspector asks for. Some saying 1 hour video chat, 4 hour video chat, 5 site visits. Our inspector has always asked for 1 or 2 site visits and a copy of another sites certificate.
