I have 1 external light in my garden and would like to install 5 more, what’s steps would I need to take to do this? Could I spur off my existing light? Would I need junction boxes for each light?

Certainly you can connect the additional lights to the existing light.

How you do this, and if additional junction boxes will depend on what types of light you have in mind, where the connecting cables will be run, where the new light swill be positioned, and a number of other considerations.

More details, please.

I was hoping I could Spur off my existing light running a cable down the wall and along the house and back up to where I would want my next light on the wall, would it be best to have a junction box at the bottom of the wall beneath each light? I have added a picture so you can see my light on the wall.
Thanks

Are you planning to use lights the same as the existing?
That type are designed to have the cable fed from behind. Better to find some that have cable feed from the bottom, or you’ll have to chase out mortar to allow cable access.

Are all the lights going to be on the house, or off down the garden wall too?

In principle I would run a length of 20mm conduit along the bottom of the wall with a waterproof junction box at under each light point (Wiska, for example)

Then run suitable outdoor cable up to each light. You could use conduit up to each light if the light has conduit entry.
