Self employed or employed? Rather be the other?

So just wondering how many of us are employed or self employed. Permenant sub contractor basis would be employed I would guess.

Been employed before and wouldn't go back

I prefer being self employed. Gives me more family time if I want it.
The only down side is making sure there is enough work to pay the bills.

Been employed & got fed up with earning money for someone else.
