Short 0.75mm flex cable used as fixed for one led light, 1 90 bend, 1 m long

1 out of 3 electricians told that 0.75 has to be replaced : Short 0.75mm flex cable used as fixed for one led light, 1 90 bend, 1 m long. Sorry reposting in DIY section, because I’m being moderated in pro section. Only posting there because I don’t get many replies in here. Regular CU with 2 RCDs and breakers etc.

what is the load of the LED light? is it just a 5W GU10, or are we talking a big industrial thing?

and i take it your 'regular' CU, the circuit breaker will be a 6A?

on one hand, your flex would melt before the breaker tripped, if there was an overload at the light.... but in every house in the country, there are 6" pendants with lesser sized flex dropping down to a lamp

The label on the box says to connect the primary side with 0.75mm so, you're following manufacturers instructions there.

Pendants have special dispensation to be able to use 0.75mm flex though.

you are right , I just noticed. Or maybe it is just saying 0.75 about the wires that coming to the driver, because the actual connector including ground a bit further

Does it mean manufacturer instructions override UK regulations?) or is it just a bit of grey area we stumble upon ?

the wiring inside the light fitting from led driver to connector is 0.75mm, so no matter what I put as a fixed wire afterwards, this 10cm of wire will melt first, wouldn't it?
My CU has 2RCDs and 3 light circuits, each light circuit has 6A breaker. Plus some 32A outlet circuits etc. Assuming it is more or less standard hence "regular" for a modern-ish CU, or should we call it "typical", I don't now how else to call it to avoid derogative "characters"
