Some advice please
Is supplementary bonding required in a staff toilet were there is a sink and staff canteen

Well that really depends on a number of other factors. May i suggest you look in GN8 and BS7671 as it will all be there.

never seen a canteen in a toilet before.

it's quite possible that water pipes are not extraneous ( plastic pipes ) and so bonding them would be wrong. a quick IR test to the MET would determine this.

Why would a room with a hand basin and toilet need supplementary bonding?? Any facility for taking a shower in this room?? If not, then No it won't need supplementary bonding....

agreed^^^. and if it's all copper pipework, then it will be bonded at the MET by the main bonding anyway.
