    So guys , for example supply to 3phase roller shutter door motor with attached 1m lead , if socket was high level ( say 3.5m up ) controlled by low level isolator, would you still put it through an rcd ?

    for arguments sake , if a holesaw for a specific size wasnt available There will be 6 holes to enlarge and only have an available depth of 40mm , so wouldnt be too keen on using jigsaw
