multi strand 2.5mm T&E - is it OK to use?

Hi, I've been working in a relatively new house (approx 5 years old) and the kitchen ring is wired with 2.5mm, twin and earth in which both the line and protective conductors are multistranded. Is this OK to use? I've never come across it on 2.5mm cable and they have nuisance tripping on this...

    2.5mm bonding

Carrying out a PIR on a large retail outlet I checked the bonding to the pipes under the sink in the kitchen area which were cross bonded with 2.5mm. What is the minimum size the cross bonding should be? The main earth to the board is 100mm!!!

2.5mm and 4mm in same ring - acceptable?

As per the title. And if so, what would you put on the schedule of test results? (One end of the ring is 2.5mm and the other 4mm - so it is obvious at the CCU). I am assuming it is 4mm. It is old colours (black and red) and the conductors are stranded so I'm thinking it's not 2.5mm. The...

    32A mcb on a 2.5mm cable

Just wanted to see if I'm being a bit too 'picky' but I've come across a few installations recently which have a 32A mcb for a radial circuit using only 2.5mm cable for which the current carrying capacity is approx 26A. I've been picking it up but it seems to be quite common. What do others do...
