it definitely shows that electricians of the past were also skilled carpenter'sLovely isn't it. i have seen more ornate versions, and kept some in one house. The casing not the VIR Cable.
ive seen one with wood female bushes and bends on copper pipe with the old ceramic ceiling roses but not in use, just left after a previous rewireNew one on me. Seen plenty VIR cables but never in wooden casing like this. Proper job that !
