Abu Rashid

Good day to you,

Let me first introduce myself. My name is Mohammed R. Al-Qahtani. I am an Electrical Specialist in a petrochemical company in Saudi Arabia and I am also a student studying Electrical Engineering in a university in Saudi Arabia.

I am making an "Electrical Safety Survey". The intention for making this survey is to know the following:
  1. To get a better understanding of electrical staff awareness on various electrical safety aspects.
  2. To know different companies electrical safety rules.
  3. To generate an electrical safety article and/or a presentation showing the statistics.

[*]My main goal: To share the learning and area of improvement with all electrical disciplines around the world to improve the overall understanding of electrical safety in order to effectively contribute in improving electrical safety awareness and to avoid incidents.

As a person working in the electrical field and has some knowledge about the electrical hazards, I feel that I am obligated to share the knowledge I have on the electrical hazards with whomever has or will have the potential exposure to electrical hazards. This survey will make a lot of help to me in this field.

Let’s try to make the world more aware about electrical hazards and to create a safer working environment.

I am looking for your help to forward this e-mail to all electrical staff members in your company. If anyone is interested to participate in this survey, he is kindly requested to fill the attached word document. After completing the survey, please send it to the below contact by e-mail if possible; however, you can mail it or fax it if you want.

If you can send me some e-mails in your company, I can send them my e-mail directly.

Please share this document with all individuals whom you know working in the electrical field in any location in the world. This would be a great help for me.

The survey will start from March 18, 2008 to April 30, 2008.

My apology if you have received the e-mail earlier.

Many thanks in advance for your contribution.
