Hi lads quick question

Have recently passed lv 3 and Nvq and 17 th edition so now ready for my ecs card application. I'm reading on here you need a apprentice sign off sheet, what if I was never registered as a apprentice by my firm and no one from my old company is about to sign this sign off sheet??

Also in the form it asks if I completed a formal apprenticeship ?? I completed my time working for a company yes and went to colleague off my own back at nights so can anyone shed any light on this ???

Call the JIB mate I'm sure they will "help" you ! Or just ask dave from down the pub he probably knows more!

Fill out the sections that you can.
I believe that your NVQ3 will cover you for the H&S exam.
Send off the form with copies of your qualifications and the fee.
The JIB are really only interested with your Apprenticeship, if it was with a JIB registered company, or with an organisation they find acceptable.
For instance at one time they would not accept an Apprenticeship served in the armed forces, althou I understand that now they do.
Same with the 'Employer Details'.
If you're not employed, don't fill it in.
