PIR done by an electrician from SELECT on 12 January 2012. Appears to have missed this as there was no mention of it in his report, nor numerous other defects I saw within 2 minutes of being in the property. Client tells me they watched him put the electrical tape over it to cover the fuse and I believe them. The report is shocking (no pun intended).

Started the EICR yesterday. Nearly all the cables in the roof space are chewed through by vermin - bare copper!!
