Had a customer ask why is The middle rate above 4kw and below 10 kW lower as he thought it wasn't fair as he wants 5.2kw

The 'Middle Rate' applies if you have >25 PV systems... He would normally qualify for 'Higher Rate' at 12.57 and that would reflect the lower capital installation costs...

Yeh your right I've since had ofgem explain it
turns out I already knew about it but had forgotten as been doing heating for the past 15 months
