October 2391 2012 Question paper problem

Arrived at Newcastle college tonight to resit my 2391 written exam, opened the paper and loads of questions missing, section A 1-4 not there, 9-13 not there, 16-19 not there. Section B 21 not there, 23 not there, 24,25 & 26 there were spaces for answers but no questions.

Anyone else have this problem?

They told us tonight December is the last date too do it at the mo?? So got book the test again shocking

Just took it in Birmingham. Had all of the questions. It wasn't as bad as I'd feared.

Last date is December 2013 I read on the C&G web site.

I had read somewhere the last date is Dec 2013.

Did you take yours at a college rather than a training centre? They may be changing to the new scope so have ended it this year possibly, you'd be able to do a resit (won't be needed!!) somewhere else surely?

6-8 weeks wait for c&g exams.

As Biff says 6 to 8 weeks, but depends a lot on how many sat it. I would call the centre that you took it at, towards the end of next week, even C&G have feelings, and may not want you sweating over xmas. Your C&G centre can look at the walled garden to get the result before you do, but you will have to ask them.

My only problem is that the training provider went bust in November so there isn't actually a centre to call now.

Hopefully I'll be able to get some info from C&G themselves. I've just realised it's 8 weeks tomorrow anyway.

you need to contact nC&G asap because the certs get sent to the centres not directly to you, if you cant get any joy try another centre, if you have your enrolment number they may help you get the results for a small admin charge
