Dealing with a politician is like playing chess with a pigeon. You could be the best chess player in the world but the pigeon will still knock over all the pieces, poo on the board, and strut around triumphantly. If they are not holding a baby and cuddling it, they will be stealing its lollypop. In general they are liars and cheats that are truly convinced in the validity of their opinions. It is in my view however a case of prolonged self deception. I hope that clears up any misconceptions that anyone has about them. :biggrin:
