I have two cables for wall lamps (1mm T+E) going to one of the socket in the back of the TV. These lamps will be controlled with smart bulbs with a little remote control or/and an app on the phone, no need of wall switch.

I'm considering to use the 47mm double metal box to host a modular single socket and two single pole fuse module.

Do you see any issue with this design or any better way of doing this?

To replace the double back box with 2 singles is not an option. There is not enough space to make the opening bigger without breaking the whole thing.

Please see the diagram attached. Hopefully it will make sense.

Please see below the links to the parts that I'm thinking to use.

Personally, if you're using a modular faceplate, use a 20A DP switch module followed by a single fuse to protect both lamps. That way you have the ability to isolate them should the need arise in the future.

They're not 450mm from the floor:)
The 450mm to 1.2m is not a reg, it is advice in the approved doc. It points out that to acheive part M of the building regs this is one way to acheive it (it does not mention any other way though and I`ve never heard of one)

Definitely one fuse and one DP switch. That way, when the remote gadget goes flat / goes walkies / can't get a connection to the lamps you can just switch them off instead of having to pop the fuse out. Not to have a physical switch is naff, and possibly a C3 as not being adequately subdivided into sections for maintenance. I've no idea why you would want separate fuses for the two luminaires.

You could use one of the FCU that lacks the front cable hole, you get the fuse (which ought to be 3A for those, 5A max) and an isolator switch in the one single outlet size.

Ah, sorry missed the modular bit!

In which case GOTO post #2

As the OP is over a year old maybe we could have some pictures of what it looks like now.

Don't tell me that !! The Mrs has been given my lad those cheap mini pizza for lunches. That means I'm now no longer having proper home made ones for dinners FFS !
