What is with all the strange Chinese posts and other out of context threads?

Have I missed something or has the PRC hacked the forum?

I have not noticed anything, everything seems fine and perfect. I think the forum does a great job of bestowing glory upon our supreme leader, errr, I mean, electrics and stuff.

Report any spam that does manage to get through and we'll remove it. Can't see any right now though. We have pretty good defence systems IMO.

I think the mods seem to remove it then. I'll change the spam-registration type in a bit to stop them again.

The Chinese stuff comes through at 4-5 am british time. You can ignore the poster, but it doesn't make it disappear once your computer has it.
The admins clean it up later in the morning. So kudos to them

If I click on ignore, then click on new posts the Chinese ones disappear.
I did notice some posts earlier today about lunch time.
