USB Transformer

Hi, does anyone know where I can fine a transformer from 12v to 5v for a usb, I can wire into the fuses, but I want one with 2 or more usbs, not just the one which I only seem to find. If I can get it in one piece that would be useful.

its not a transformer, they are for AC, for 12v DC you looking for voltage regulator or dc-dc converter.
