It will need Part P notifying and all the courses won't qualify you to do that. Just get a Part P qualified electrician to do the job. A little bit of knowledge is DANGEROUS thing!
I've heard it said many times that connector blocks are not allowed to extend cables inside DBs and whilst I agree it's not good practice, I've never found a regulation that specifically prohibits the use of connectors blocks. Does anyone know of a regulation number regarding this?
They are not paying the landlord. They pay direct to the supply company, the same one they had at the other building. Its just offices and there is LED lighting throughout in the new building so should be less consumption.
