Landlord Inspection??
One of my customers rang me and asked if I could have a look and certify one of his properties. Is this a small PIR or a visual inspection? Can I do it being an NIC EIC Domstic installer and what certificate do I use? Cheers- Joe S

Got a phone call from my plumber this morning said he had a client wanting an electrical landlord certificate he was going to do the gas certificate. void property periodic inspection & test

16th edition split boards
Hi all when doing a domestic periodic report for a landlord and there is a split board with no RCD on lights etc (16th edition board ) what would you put on report . i have been told by landlord that other contractors say that if it was fitted to the regs at time of installation it is ok ... -

been asked to do periodics for a big landlord
as title suggests, im only NICEIC domestic installer, but i know anyone can do PIR a couple of questions, i kn ow the landlord is asking for the certs. but where do they go after that does anyone know? would they want NICEIC certs? if so i need to do the PIR course, has anyone done it through...- jutty
