I am completing my 303 practical exam tomorrow and wondered if anyone knew whether, on the certificate, I needed to complete the section recommending "next inspection date" or whether this was omitted. From what I understand the faults will be on more than one circuit and the inspection and testing not all of the circuits will have faults that require any changing of cable or accessories.

Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this for me.

Thanks for that. Just one more thing.......when I am doing my R1+R2 con checks how would I know which cable doesn't have continuity out of the line and earth or would I have to do a long-lead test?

Or Jimbo, if you have no wander lead .... get the neutral involved to help identify if earth or line is non continuous .... R1-Rn, R2-Rn.

Best of luck.
