Maybe a simple answer to a stupid question but now that amendment 2 is here, am I to put the 'amended to' date as 2022? Others have told me to put 2018?

It won't be 2018 (which incidentally would just have been N/A as it was the unamended release of the 18th Edition). It will be either 2020 or 2022 (depending on whether it has been designed to Amendment 1 or Amendment 2).
