Hi im just on my third week of my apprenticeship and i am instantly hating it my boss is horrible his right hand man is his best mate so hes always sticking up for him ( by my boss i mean site foreman) he makes me feel like rubbish too be quite honest its already making me down and its horrible but after looking for an apprenticeship for so long literally been looking since i was 15 and im 18 now i dont know wether too quit or stick at it for the qualifications it isnt because i havent got grades or the experience i got Bs-A* in all off my gcses i passed my level 2 electrical installation fast track top of the class in every exam and pointed out as star student and was doing electricians mate work for a little under a year the whole time i couldnt even find an electricians apprenticeship in my area now i have found one my company invited me in by telling me how theyre moving into electrical work this and that then when i get too my first day on site we are doing phone lines and tv cables in metal trunking i had no problem with this but after speaking too the other apprentices who have been there 3 years they also said the was told the same thing and it has never happened even though they are on there 4th year they only have containment done for there NVQ so im currently with a company that is already making me feel rubbish have terrible overheads and looks like they cant even get me through my NVQ i really dont know what too do please any advice would be nice
 
Firstly, punctuation and breaks in paragraphs makes things a lot easier to read.

Second, you mention other apprentices there, does the boss also treat them badly the same as you? Or is this an initiation phase for you to see the metal you're made of? (I had a hard time with ribbing, pranks and a$$ hole boss when i first started, until I proved myself).

Are these other apprentices about to complete their NVQ? Or have they not managed to get enough evidence?

Have you had chance yet to speak to the college linked to your apprenticeship?

Unless things were absolutely dire, I wouldn't leave without having something else to walk into.
 
If you walk away now, after only 3 weeks, I would imagine your chance of getting another apprenticeship role is nil.

There are people out there who would sell a kidney to be in your position. Dig in, show what your made of, go with the flow and enjoy it. Worry about the nvq when you've secured your qualifications. Good luck.
