So just got a text from an old customer who i have done odd jobs for over the years , like put up outside lights etc.
they asked me if I could put up 2 hall lights they just got.
i replies yes no problem , it would be later this month.
their reply was they wanted it done today , because if they didn’t like the look of the lights once up they would take them down and send them back Within the 14 day returns policy...

hmmm

Why cant one of them hold it up to the ceiling to see what it looks like, and send it back if its not suitable.
maybe they want to see it lit before deciding.
