My drill (absolutely nothing wrong with it) batteries are both knackered, basically I may as well buy a new drill...GRRRR!
 
Just google repiaring ni-cad drill batteies one guy used a mig welder seems extreme

Actually, I seen this NiCd Drill battery youtube video on google. It's really a nice video. It is easy to use and works great.
